- A £10 Luton airport drop-off/pick-up charge is included in your quote — Luton charges vehicles to use its terminal drop-off area, so we build it in rather than adding it at the end.
- Journeys starting between 23:00 and 05:00 include a 15% night surcharge, shown in your quote before you book.
- Any additional stops are priced clearly in the quote and update instantly when you add them.
Airport waiting. Once your flight has landed you have 45 minutes of free waiting to clear immigration, customs and baggage reclaim and reach your chauffeur. If you need longer than that, waiting is charged at £1.00 per minute from the 46th minute, plus any terminal car-park charge your driver incurs while waiting — both are added to your fare and settled with your driver.
